The aim is to continually intervene in all potential areas for development, and optimise the entire production process.

For this reason the company is also an active member of international initiatives to promote and safeguard milling operations.

The mill has set up internal research and testing facilities to ensure complete freedom and independence in its operations.

Our technicians can monitor the quality of flours and study their organoleptic characteristics, in order to develop new, further-improved types. Extensive knowledge of the company's raw materials and products guarantees not only high quality, but also reliable advice for any type of use.

The NON SOLO PANE Bakery


What better way to demonstrate product quality than opening a company bakery?

This was the aim in 1994 when the Belotti family added to its production facility by opening a shop. Since then, all business operations at the mill have been captured in the range of finished products available to the public.

Over forty types of freshly-baked bread made with the mill's flours are available every day, along with flours, semi-finished products, pasta, special creations and new items.
